Product: fresh spun cheese.
Ingredients: pasteurized cow milk, salt, rennet, milk enzymes.
Microbiological characteristics: in accordance with the EC Reg. No. 2073/2005 and EC Reg. No. 1441/2007.
Characteristics: milky white pasta from soft and supple texture, surface smooth and shiny with a thin crust, fresh taste, pleasant and delicate and distinctive flavor to the smoked provolone.
